磨切鋸片（Oscillating Blade）安裝於震動多功能工具（Oscillating Multi-Tool）上，透過小角度高速振動進行切削與磨除；適合修邊、地板填縫修整、腳踢板裁切、牆角木作切割與膠類清除等電動鑿子無法完成的細部作業。長寬代理磨切鋸片共 25 款，品牌全線為 IMPERIAL BLADES（美國），IBOA 系列為切削用途，IBSL 系列為刮除與磨削用途，適合各類裝修細作與維修補強作業。

磨切鋸片怎麼選？

確認需要磨切鋸片後，依三個面向選型：

  • 鋸片用途系列： IMPERIAL BLADES IBOA 系列（IBOA120 至 IBOA640）為切削款，適合木材、金屬、石膏板；IBSL 系列（IBSL200 至 IBSL610）為刮除款，適合清除舊膠、砂漿與地板膠；IBOAT 系列為磁磚專用，適合硬質磚材
  • 安裝介面相容性： 確認震動工具的鋸片接頭型式（OIS 通用介面 / Starlock / 各品牌專屬接頭）；IMPERIAL BLADES 多款採通用 OIS 介面，但需確認購買前核對機型
  • 鋸片材質： 木料修邊選碳鋼或高碳鋼款；金屬管件切削選雙金屬款（Bi-Metal，IBOA 系列部分型號）；磁磚與石材選 IBOAT 系列碳化鎢鋸片
