鋁鋸片（Aluminum Cutting Blade）專為鋁擠型材、鋁板、銅管與其他有色金屬設計，齒型採負斜角（Negative Hook Angle）設計讓切削時不咬料、不卡鋁粉；相較於普通鐵工鋸片，鋁鋸片齒數更多（80–100T 以上），切面更平整光滑，減少後續修邊工序。長寬代理鋁鋸片共 4 款，適合鋁窗框裁切、鋁擠型加工與輕金屬材料切割使用。
鋁鋸片怎麼選？
確認需要鋁鋸片後，依三個面向選型：
- 鋸片齒數（T 數）： 鋁材推薦 80T 以上（每英吋齒數多），切面平整、不起毛邊；齒數少（60T 以下）的鋸片適合木料，用於鋁材會導致切口粗糙與卡料
- 鋸片直徑： 需對應圓鋸機或斜斷鋸的規格（常見 185mm / 7¼"、216mm / 8½"）；確認機器主軸孔徑（通常 30mm 或 25.4mm）也需吻合
- 防卡料設計： 選有防卡料塗層（鐵氟龍 / PTFE 或氮化處理）的鋸片；鋁料易黏刃，塗層可延長清潔週期並維持切削性能
