虎頭鉗（食切鉗）的刃口位於鉗頭端面，剪切方向與鉗身平行，可緊貼工件表面剪斷釘頭、電纜、鐵絲或線材，留下幾乎齊平的斷面。一般斜口鉗刃口偏側，剪切後會留有殘餘料頭；端切鉗從正面切斷，適合需要在釘頭處齊切、或在空間受限的位置從端面剪線的場合，例如木工釘頭修整、模具鋼件表面鐵絲去除。長寬代理 FUJIYA 品牌端切鉗，適合木工、電工與一般工廠的端面切斷作業。
虎頭鉗/食切鉗怎麼選？
確認需要虎頭鉗/食切鉗後，依三個面向選型：
- 剪切材質： 軟銅線、鐵絲、木工釘選標準刃口款；若需要剪切硬質鋼絲或彈簧鋼，確認刃口硬度規格，避免缺口或刃崩
- 刃口角度： 完全端切（刃面與側面夾角 0°）可緊貼工件剪切，斷面最平整；帶微斜角的款式剪切力更均勻，刃口壽命較長，但殘留料頭略多
- 尺寸與握力： 150mm 適合一般電工與木工；175mm 以上槓桿較長，適合需要剪切較粗鐵絲或釘子的重型作業
