確認需要游標卡尺後，依三個面向選型：
- 量測範圍： 150mm 涵蓋大多數零件量測需求；200–300mm 用於較大工件；確認最大量測尺寸不超過卡尺行程，避免到端點近時精度下降
- 數位 vs 傳統游標： 數位款（STARRETT, MATSUI）直接顯示數値，讀數快且無判讀誤差，適合大量量測；傳統游標款不需電池，耐油沙，適合機械加工現場的惡勓環境
