陶瓷切刀的刀片以氧化鋯（Zirconia）製成，不導電、不產生金屬火花、不生鏽，硬度高於一般金屬刀片且壽命約長 10 倍；適合電子廠無塵室（不脫落金屬粒子）、食品加工（不污染食材）與需要長期不換片的高頻使用場合。長寬代理陶瓷切刀共 48 款，品牌 SLICE（美國）與 SHAVIV 各有不同刀型，涵蓋開箱刀、圓頭安全刀與工業用精裁款。

陶瓷切刀怎麼選？

確認需要陶瓷切刀後，依三個面向選型：

  • 使用環境： 食品加工選 SLICE 圓頭款（不刺穿食材包裝內容物）；電子廠無塵室選指定 ESD 兼容款；一般辦公或倉儲選標準開箱型，CP 值最高
  • 刀頭形狀： 圓頭刀片（SLICE 標準設計）接觸角度讓材料先行割開再退出，不易誤傷；尖頭款裁切精度更高，適合薄膜與精細材料
  • 是否需要回彈機構： 部分 SLICE 款式附回彈型刀片收縮設計，與安全切刀同邏輯；純陶瓷刀片不帶回彈機構的款式選擇更多，但操作時需注意刀片收納
